To ensure that we continually provide you with the best service and the opportunity to earn our trust, we have provided the following policies. Please read prior to your first appointment as they are effective at that time.
Your Cleaning Schedule
Stones Cleaning Service is dedicated to keeping all appointments and arriving to scheduled appointments on time. We will arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to make sure that we have an easy and smooth transition from each home.
We encourage open communication to ensure a long lasting relationship. To express a concern, file a complaint, or to show appreciation of good service, please feel free to email us or give us a call at anytime. We will respond within 24 hours.
Our staff is responsible for cleaning several homes each business day. While we are more than happy to accommodate special requests (oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, etc.) it is vital for us to be notified 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. This allows us to thoroughly plan and execute your cleaning schedule. Please keep in mind that you will normally be expected to pay a little extra for work that is not normally included.
If you are not able to keep your appointment on the schedule day, kindly give us a call to reschedule within a 24 hour window. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, or if for some reason upon arrival we are unable to access the home, the full cleaning fee is owed. Timely rescheduling gives us the opportunity to book other customers.
At Stones Cleaning Service, your security and privacy is of the utmost importance. If for any reason you decide to give us a key to enter the home during business hours, please note that any keys given will only be held by the owner/supervisor where no one else will have access.
